Network Support Services

Formula networks has the resources needed to support your existing office network and to implement new projects. Formula provides technical assistance for a wide variety of purposes. We serve the greater Vancouver area and focus on PC's and Microsoft Windows networks. We provide support onsite, by phone, and by remote access.

For offices with limited support on staff, we can provide complete assistance for your computer needs. We can make service calls as needed to your office or home and can often fix problems over the phone or through remote access. 

For companies with technical support on staff, we can serve as backup and advanced support. Emergencies do happen and if your network administrator is on holiday or sick, Formula can be on call to put out fires. Special projects, or new systems being implemented? We can do the initial installation and provide orientation for areas your staff may not have expertise in.
